RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Right of withdrawal

When you as a private person shop at SelectiveNordic.se, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. This means that you as a consumer always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the ordered item. The customer is responsible for return shipping and must return the item unopened, packaged and in good condition.

If you want to cancel your purchase on SelectiveNordic.se, you can contact customer service on the website or contact us via Selectivenordic@gmail.com. We recommend that you email your order confirmation to selectivenordic@gmail.com and state that you want to cancel all or part of the order. If you call our customer service, it is good if you have your order confirmation close at hand, as you need to state the order number and name of the product as well as any other relevant information.

RETURN NOT APPROVED

If the return is not approved, it will be returned to the sender who will be charged shipping costs.
The product must not be used or soiled.
If the complaint is approved, then according to the law we have up to three times to correct the errors that exist.
If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for all freight.
If the complaint is not approved, the item will be sent back to you for a shipping fee.

Please note that uncollected shipment does NOT count as a return or canceled purchase
- You must always pick up an ordered package, then it is fine to return it.

IN THE EVENT OF NO COLLECTION

Remember to pick up your order as soon as you receive your notification. If you do not pick up the package within the supplier's time conditions (usually within 1 week), the product is sent back to our warehouse.

In case of return of product due to non-collection, or refund in case of non-collection of product, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost.
